None taken. Suit yourself, if you prefer lead. Captain makes the rules.

However, if maintenance is your concern, I think you're mistaken. Both have maintenance gotchas. Grinding and recoating a few rust patches, now and then, would be among the simpler boat maintenance issues I recall. Even rebedding the keel joint isn't a big deal. Both are easily done when bottom painting.
