TMMillers recipe about the same as mine.

I use:
2 cups flour
1/4 cup veg oil
3/4 cup warm water
1-2 teaspoons salt.

Mix, knead well, make into 8 or so balls, cover for 20 minutes, roll out on well floured saloon table, i still make funny shapes, sometimes they look like Australia.... Heat pan with just a few drops of oil, cook on one side for a few minutes....enjoy!
