They actually have two instructors and we were fortunate enough to have both at some point or another. They were both really friendly and helpful, they gave us enough space to figure things out on our own, and they were really laid back. I put that last bit in there because my wife kept accidentally jibing and he didn't get frustrated by it
I really enjoyed my time with them and would consider doing a few more courses with them, but I would probably be doing them solo unless I found someone else to do it with. That said, if you decide to do the Coastal Cruising course, let me know, I may be willing to go with you as well.
Their boats are in good shape, we did our 101 class in a Hunter 23 which is a bit tender, but was good to learn on. I think they do the next few stages on their Oday 30, which I have not seen. Be sure to ask him about his project boat as well
