I have traversed the part of the Delaware near Philadelphia several times making boat delivery and pick ups. There is very little recreational boat traffic, significant current and few nearby cruising destinations for weekend getaways. That stretch of river is mostly industrial.

First off, the guy asked for an East Coast location and that's the one I know - minutes from Olde City in Philly - the best part of Philly. Also, the Camden Waterfront / Tweeter Center, as well as Penn's Landing are always hosting concerts and in the spring-fall there are all sorts of boats on the Delaware trying to catch a free concert. Plus I know of 1 live-aboard there. And I thought the guy justs wants to store it - okay then, do Maryland instead. Not sure what the final decision would be since it's for storage only.
