FWIW - Jo Beth is a 1984 34, and spent the first 17 years of her life in warm, tropical waters. When we bought her in '03, she had three blisters, all dime sized close to the keel; two on one side and one on the other. We've done nothing to remedy them, and to be honest, I don't recall seeing them on the last haul out.

We've had her in GA waters since taking possession of her. Water temps in our marina basin can vary from stupid warm in the summer, 90+ degrees in the summer to mildly cool, in the mid-low 60's or upper 50's in the winter.

Of course, there is the possibility we'll haul her and have an epidemic, but so far, so good. A diver just scrubbed the bottom last weekend and mentioned nothing.
