MCLUBE Sailkote Dry Lubricant at West Marine
Yes, McLube works great on sail track. It dries quickly and doesn't make a mess. I put it on the main sail slides about once a month and they always go up and down the track effortlessly.

I found another unexpected use for it recently when I had to pull and re-bed a chain plate. The plate would come up only about 1 inch and then stick in the 5200 bedding. I sprayed McLube from below and coated the bottom half. Once the lubed part moved up into the bedding it slid right through. No oily mess. This is good stuff and useful on boats.
