There is a salvage / Repo broker in Mass:
Certified Sales Inc - Liquidation Sales and you BID on their boats!
I have seen a wide variety of vessels there, and they happen to have a LOT right now from Hurricane Sandy.
Of course any of them will require work, but please show me ANY that don't, because I have never seen one.
They also have 2 other associated boatyards along the East coast.
