I've got a 35 Mk III but I can't give you much of a comparison. Check out
C&C Yachts - C&C Photo Album & Resource Center. There is a great listserve of c&c owners. The 35/3 came in keel and centerboard versions. Mine is a keel model. Chef2sail has a c/b version. Both make great racer/cruisers. The Vee berth is very long, huge ice box, nice nav table and sails great! It will outsail almost any cruiser. Joel
