The admiral and I just got into sailing this last year, and we caught the bug fairly bad. Within 3 months we acquired our first boat, a '79 Spirit 6.5. She needs a touch of TLC but is fully seaworthy. My wife would insist I point out she is the one that bought her for us. As soon as I get some *decent* pics, I'll post. Btw, we're both in our early thirties and reside in Hilton Head, SC
