Hopefully you'll get folks with a lot more experience to chime in. But to me, it looks like the bottom could use some repair, too. Maybe that's just the bottom paint peeling away in some of the pictures, but to my (very novice, and untrained) eyes that looks like something scraped it. It may not be all that hard or expensive to fix, and it may not be structural, but I don't know that it's the best of ideas to put her back in the water in that condition. At the very least, she'll be slower with all that roughness around and under the water line.
