So the critical path decision to make is whether to wax the deck or not. That leads to the path of cleaners to use. Thanks for the great info!
I think I am going no wax route like PDQ suggested. The amount of time to wax my deck is way too much time not sailing. I only have the weekends to sail so if it's not raining I AM SAILING!
So I am heading the Simple Green route.
I did find this which may help with the very stubborn issues on the non-slip:
3M Scotch-Brite 405-R Multi-Purpose Pad Holder, 4-11/16" Length x 2-51/64" Width x 16" Thick, Black: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific
3M Scotch-Brite 9488R All Purpose Scouring Pad, 5-1/4" Length x 4" Width, Blue (Case of 40): Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific
I did have this on hand and it helped. Not like a power washer but the soap dispenser worked great. I played with the nozzle settings and it was a bit better than a standard hose nozzle. It might also be nice for my anchor washdown which I will install in a month or so.
