Most of the folks that specialize in hauling boats have hydraulic boat trailers.
Other's fly the boat onto a flatbed with a crane or travelift.
JRD's sons quote was expensive in part due to the boat's length & beam, it exceeded 102" so wide load permits were needed in every state & some states also require an escort with a load that wide.
I'm not trying to discourge you but I personally would not but a used trailer & have someone else tow it. Any problems on the road with the trailer is going to cost you bigtime....
I'm not happy unless I'm complaining about something.
