There are no mooring fields for anything other than overnighting anywhere in San Francisco Bay. In addition, the Richardson Bay anchorage has a 72 hour limit. Longer than that requires a permit from the Richardson's Bay Regional Agency. Richardson's Bay is also a No Discharge Zone.
