Re: Adding 2" foam to v-berth bedding
how thick is the foam you have on top of the Froli. the price seems to be less then new 4" foam
I already had 4" of a quality thick foam mattress. My initial concern was about ventilation under the mattress to prevent mold and mildew. I decided to go for a solution that provided ventilation and additional comfort, the Froli Star system does both well. It provides 1-3/4" of space for ventilation under the mattress and it was a significant comfort improvement over just the mattress alone. $279 for a standard V berth, not cheap.
