I agree with Faster, I'd keep looking. Depending on where and how the hatches are leaking, there may be issues on the deck surrounding the hatches, such as soft spots. If the leaks weren't causing so much damage to the interior, it might be worth the risk (and might be worth the cost of a survey or renting of a moisture meter). But you'll need to entirely fix the hatch leaks before you fix the cabin sole, and if you haven't budgeted for those repairs (including their impact on your usage of the boat), you may be in for a big surprize. If she's an otherwise remarkable boat, or a fa tastic deal, then maybe. Otherwise, keep looking.
