We simply took some 3/8" or 1/2" SS tubing and bent a circle that the bottom ring of the tank fit into, with extended arms as shown below... the vertical sections were attached the the pushpit upright with SS hose clamps. We used bungee cords to hold the tanks down on the 'hoops' but you could easily fashion something more solid... sorry for crude sketch...
