I had a Mcgregor 22 on a trailer very similar to your set up. I dropped the keel and took it to the sandblaster. Sucker was heavy. I used 4 saw horses and 4 ea 2x12 to support the boat. I doubled up the 2x12 using nails then place each pair fore and aft with the 12 inch face parallel to the ground. They didn't flex much. Jacking the boat up was time consuming. Putting the keel back in was a bear until it dawned on me to print a color target and tape that over the bolt hole. Got the wife to enter the cabin, look thru the bolt hole and call out the colors seen. Using a duplicate color chart I could then figure out which way the keel needed to move to align the holes.
