OP if your boat had wheels you would be on what's called "TAKEN FOR A RIDE"!

imho, the "yard" has decided that your boat is too old, too far gone, too much of everything and is just taking your money until you are tapped out and or you take the boat away or just junk it. 1962 ChrisCraft? NOT likely it's in pristine shape. It would take a 100 K to get this boat back on the water.. and I'm not even looking at photos of it's current condition!
