To my knowledge many meet ABYC standards for bonding-after that you're on your own. May wish to look at website of a professor from Florida. Does business as Marine Lighting Protection. Also many folks use a grounding/lighting protection plate from Ward's an marine electrical supply house also in Florida. My boats in the past have not come with lighting protection.
