DA Steering question

Does anyone know how you lubricate the steering wheel on the Don Allen set-ups in the A-33? Having removed the binnacle, and taken out the throttle and shifter shafts and linkages, I see no fittings to grease the spindle. Mine is kind of stiff and makes a little squeak when the wheel first turns. The chain and sprocket are well oiled but not the wheel itself.
There are four hex-head screws holding what appear to be pads of some sort for the wheel spindle but I thought I'd ask before pulling it apart. For once.
Thanks for any info.
John V.
