Alberg 30 rigging tension

I'm looking for a resource that will give me suggested rigging tension for an Alberg 30. Anyone have any ideas?

Unless you're adjusting for racing, buy yourself a tension gauge for your rigging size. The instruction booklet will give you the correct information based on your rig.
