Re: How to Start New Threads and Post Replies

I have not tried to start a new thread yet but did try a new chat once. When nobody responded to a question in the title I realized I did not know how to turn it off. (I logged out and returned later and it was gone?)
Starting a new thread - how do I choose where to start it? I find that a lot of the posts are not on the topic I expected by the title, no problem with that but, I would rather not start something in the wrong place.
