Attachments in PMs

Is there a way I can send an attachment in a PM? I do not want to sent it to the forums, just one user - who has requested it?

Thanks

Jack

I wanted to send a Excel file. I may have suggested by send a link to web page that was converted from the file. It seems to have worked.
