Thanks for checking.

I just tried the same thing, with similar results. I am running Chrome on Ubuntu 11.10.

However, when I repeat the test without clearing the cache, one is back to the old problem. It seems it may be exasperated by the different behavior of CF and YBW; once the main screen opens, it stays in one place, whereas the additional flash advert function at the top here on Sailnet causes the screen to bounce around. I hope I am describing that clearly.

So, once the mainscreen is loaded, and one hovers the cursor over say, "new posts", the flash advertising then moves the whole page downwards.

Again, CF and YBW do not show these symptoms.

Why are people happy to accept science which makes their life easier while rejecting science that makes their faith or beliefs more difficult?

Re: Sailnet Suggestion Box

Why is it that new members to this forum are unable to access Guilleta's "How to" videos ? It seems to me that these would be the most useful part of this site to beginners like myself.

I will make more posts when I feel I feel like my opinion is useful to others on this forum.

It's under the 'new posts' banner, top of page (not under 'quick links')

Re: Sailnet Suggestion Box

Is it possible to start a Mistral 16 sub forum. There are several people on here that have this boat and I think a central location for us to come together would be helpfull as this is a semi rare boat. There is a Mistral Google group that I think people would make the shift to using sailnet if there where a fourm dedicated to Mistrals. Sail net is more user friendly and being able to post pics will be helpfull to people as well.

Thanks for your consideration.
