Exclamation Newcomer to Sailnet

I have been an owner of a Sun 2000 sailing in the Med.
It is a pure fun boat with a large cockpit of a much bigger boat. However watch out for that keel.
Keel Bolts are will eventually get loose; I nearly lost my keel at sea.
I used a s/steel tab washer to lock the bolt heads. Jeanneau recommended thread adhesive after a while. I had no problem since.
Rudder is on shaft/nylon bushes set up which is flimsy. They revolve in both shaft and housing. I manufactured same with bigger outside diameter and cut a piece to creat a flat part and stop it from revolving in housing. Excellent job.
More improvements in the future in forum to include an excellent mast transpotation/lifting system.
Keep mails rolling guys.
