Some changes were made about two weeks ago -- we were waiting to hear if anyone noticed. I know for my part, everything is running quite a bit faster.

I have dial up @ 48kbps and it changes day to day. For the past couple of days it was faster than normal but today it is real slow.

This may have already been touched and if so I'll go stand in the corner but....

Couple of weeks back I had to use IE instead of my normal Firefox. Whoa, now that slowed things down big time.

Under normal circumstances I don't have any major problems and remember that Oz broadband is way slower than the US.

Still slow on both FF and Chrome

I am running Ubuntu with FF and Chrome as browsers, and am on a 6 MB connection.

This is the only vBulletin forum that I use that is so slow, at times unusably so.

I can think of a number of reasons, but I would have thought your techies would have them solved by now.

Thoughts?

Agreed, I just come here occasionally.

I wonder how the advertisers feel, as there appears to be no response from the technical team... this really is an issue and not only can be, but should be addressed.

I wonder why it is not?

jrd22 will become famous soon enough
Earlier today I couldn't load anything, it seems to happen on a regular basis (I'm on a Mac-Leopard). I just go somewhere else and check back in a couple of hours to see if it's usable or not.
