I get to the attach dialog and hit upload. It then says upload failed.
I'm using Firefox in Linux Ubuntu. Might that somehow be the problem? I'll try internet explorer at my next convenience and report back....

Its a SailNet thing to limit spam. New users cannot create hyperlinks or post image files until they have at least ten posts. We realise it can be a bore but unfortunately the spammers forced it on us.
One other point...to be frank the image post facility gives lots of us headaches. In the main we use a facility like PhotoBucket or Flicka and then embed from there. Its simple to do and works perfectly without the need to ensure that pics are of a certain size.
edit....aww crap...sorry, you are not a new user..duh....the second part of my post is still relevent. I don't know why the image post thing is so problematic but it is. Apologies for inconvenience.
