William Garden passes

I have just heard that William Garden passed away April 29 at age 92. He was a legendary designer, a great writer and someone I would have loved to meet but never did. This link says it better than I can.

That is a sad day for PNW boating (and elsewhere, of course) He was certainly a legend and I loved his drawing/drafting skills.

TThomsen is on a distinguished road
Sad to hear this. My first love was in '79 or '80 when walking down a dock saw a Fast Passage 39, which I still think has the most lovely lines of just about any boat.
