Getting into Sailnet site.

the Bear's two cents worth
When I came on today first time the opening page didn't recognise me, the second time I tried it showed me as logged in but I kept getting Vmail error that I wasn't using correct name or password. Relogged in two more times with the same results then overrode to bio page and everything was there and then was able to get the this page. I think ther3e might be something going wrong somewhere, you, me, something, somewhere. I'm sure not an
IT go I am surely no help but maybe one of out tech's might need to look at it.

You may have a cached version of the page causing the problem.

A couple of suggestions.

1) try a hard refresh - varies from browser to browser

2) Clear your cache / history

Thanks Jack.. Red, try those things and see if the problem goes away. I've seen that on occasion but only when logging in from an unusual location. I suspect it's based at your end, unfortunately.. hopefully it will clear up.
