archiving

Is there a way to copy all my posts to a file so I can download it and archive it? The posts are the best documentation of what I have done to the boat I have!

thanks,
Ron

Re: archiving

I doubt you'll be able to download and archive posts. If there is information that I want to save I copy into a Word document and save it that way.

Your profile section has all the links to posts you have made so you could copy from there.

Re: archiving

Donna,
Thanks, I realize I can cut and paste, I was just wondering if the admin or mods have a way of creating a file from it all. I am not sure what creating an album does, but that seems like an option. Maybe it is just pictures.

CapnRon47;
Just a thought, can you click ( right click?) on your name in any post, select view all posts then in your browser to a File -> Save As. I think that would get you something' may not be formatted nice, but text should be there. I am not at my computer and I think you need a full browser to do the File - Save as.

Re: archiving

MJF,
I tried that and it saves a reference to all the posting, not the actual postings. Not what I was looking for, although good to have.

thanks,
Ron
