My Pride and Joy...

No, it's not my boat...it's my daughter Katie! This weekend she is competing in the Miss Texas USA pageant in Houston. She is a sophomore at Texas A&M and I am one proud papa. I just had to brag today.

She didn't win but it was a great experience for her. In my mind she is "Miss Texas".

She is beautiful and if she is going to Tech she must be smart too! Congratulations!

Thanks SeaQuinn...but she's an Aggie, not a Red Raider...there is a big difference.

Re: My Pride and Joy...

Absolutely gorgeous. She's damn near as beautiful as MY daughter.

I, myself, personally intend to continue being outspoken and opinionated, intolerant of all fanatics, fools and ignoramuses, deeply suspicious of all those who have "found the answer" and on my bad days, downright rude.

Re: My Pride and Joy...

Lovely girl! If our kids knew how much we cherish them, they'd REALLY have us over a barrel.

Congrats! She's very pretty. Proud of my kids and grandkids also. Also agree wth MikeinLA. Of course, they already do!
