chat feature Q

What does it mean when the "general chat" tab at the bottom of the screen turns green and has a red circle with a number in it? It was gray, but truned green and now says "general chat 5" with a red circle that had a "1" in it but has increased to 5, now 8? Oops, the red circle just change from a number to "!"...

Re: chat feature Q

That number is the number of posts in the chat. It gets to a certain amount and then it changes to !. It turns to green when someone has finished typing.

Don't worry. Nothing will explode. Come visit us, we don't bite!

But you can turn it off by expanding the bar that says "X People Here" and clicking the cog at the top.

Re: chat feature Q

How do I get rid of the chat forever on my smartphone? It's a pain in the ass. The chat toolbar sits in the middle of the screen, obscuring the threads I'm trying to read, and won't go away. I've complained about this before, and not got any kind of answer.

Re: chat feature Q

I really don't know but I will answer you. I would try to press the end call button . It is probably at issue was the phone itself. You might call who ever you bought your phone from if my suggestion doesn't work. captg
