Where's the like?

What happened to the "like" box? Is it something I said?
I don't have an option to "like" anything. Yes, I'm signed in.

Re: Where's the like?

Yeah where did it go? I really REALLY like the like. Every day (actually several times a day) the first thing I do is go to the "usercp" section and look for new likes received. Each one gives me a little shot of dopamine into my brain.

Personally they have caused me to attempt to up the quality and humor of my posts hoping I will get more likes. I think they're really good for the community.

Bring them back!!!!

Re: Where's the like?

Pleased to see that you listed two attributes of your posts. Personally , I've had to concentrate on only one but with limited success. Med . l'd punch the like button for#2 but I can't find it.

Re: Where's the like?

Now that you mention it, I haven't had to check my "likes" in a day or two and I see the button is not there.
Could the "like" button have gone away with the "chat" feature failure?

So this horse walks into a bar.
The bartender says: "Buddy, why the long face?"

Re: Where's the like?

Seems like I haven't liked anyone here for almost a day now.

I agree, bring it back!

Jeanneau 54DS

In the harsh marine environment, something is always in need of repair. Margaritas fix everything.

Re: Where's the like?

This calls for Congressional action. By 2017 they'll have it worked it out-- after they study who's responsible for taking it away and the possible effects of bringing it back, assuming of course, that the pollsters find that most of their constituents want it back. Then there will be a tax imposed each time the like button is pushed.

Re: Where's the like?

Maybe we could have a marine surveyor look at it and tell us what's wrong.

Turns out it was removed by a low-level staffer who was acting without proper authority and without the knowledge of supervisors.

C'mon Scratchee, this is the real world. That only happens in the movies.
