Marvel mystery oil in the plug hole and allow some time. Crank with plug in. Also MMO in crankcase. My engine ran rough fro about an hour and then suddenly smoothed out. Kee MMO in crankcase and cahnge after a few hours on the engine. By the way, a small screwdriver heated and bent to access the valve will work to push it down. This will expedite unsticking. Try MMO first. When enine heats up it may loosen some too.
