Not on the electric pump.... or am I mistaken? I don't think I"m mistaken.

Carbs & fuel

May be obvious, but check to make sure you're getting fuel to the pump. Esp if it's an electric. I've had to prime mine to get it to go after it sits, then runs fine. Moyer has threads on this (including my own cry for help).
