CalebD will become famous soon enough
Moyer Marine: Moyer Marine Atomic 4 Engine Rebuilding and Parts
'Online Catalog' -> 'Carburator Parts/Kits'

They also have a great 'A4 community' forum.
Cheers.

dunno if you mean the 'elbow' that flanges up to where the 'grate' attaches or just the 'grate' in any case, you may also wanna make sure you have the curved elbow that feeds down into the grate as well.... im sure there is a name for it but i dont know it.

I know I am a bit late to this thread, but if you have not located a flame arrestor yet, let me know, I have a huge pile of parts I need to sell, and have a few flame arrestors.
