FW cooling heat exchanger mounts rusting?

I have a FW heat exchanger that I purchased with my rebuilt A-4 from Moyer Marine. It works just fine. I have "discovered" that the two mounting bands that hold the exchanger are made of steel and they rust. I have just removed and repainted mine. I intend to ask my fabricator if they can make me a couple out of ss so I can install this thing for good!

Has anyone else run into this problem?
