Electrical Panel for 1990 OC 390

I'm a newbie to marine maintenance and repair. Our electrical distribution panel 'died' to to a nearby lightning strike. It's the original DC 'touch' panel. We're looking to purchase a replacement from Beneteau, BlueSea or Paneltronics. We'll use an individually breakered version versus the 'computer-chip' style of the original. We'd also like to utilize the existing cutout and minimize additional 'woodwork'. Any other recommended vendors, solutions, or considerations?

I've replaced the panel on my FIRST 42 with one from Panel-Tronics.
They're great to work with. The unit I installed has 24 brakers with Line Voltage and Load Current guages.
I went through a dealer I met at the boat show and got a great discount on the panel.
I figured out all that I wanted a breaker on, and the size of the breaker to be used...It came in just how I wanted it. The unit was a little smaller than the panel I removed so I used a piece of frosted white acrylic that filled the space and installed the panel in the acrylic.
The frosted white acrylic has looked so good, I'm changing out the brown tint units in the Galley and both heads.

i also have replaced my panel in my first 42 with a panel tronics. panel.. if you have trouble with it being too big try makeing a mount out of black plexiglass. it cuts well and looks like it was meant to be there...

Thanks to all...I kinda' "lost" the original post, so only recently read the replies. I've decided to go with the Blue Sea 1221 panel (with mods to breakers). It's close to fitting the cutout--if it needs help, the black plexiglass option sounds nice. Anyway, I finally got a quote on Beneteau's choice of replacement panel--$2,041. Can't go there! Again, many thanks...
