1999 Island Packet 40 Shoal Draft for Sale

We are selling our beautiful Island Packet 40, Eventyr. She is hull number 129 out of 137 produced. She has a rare 3'10" shoal draft full keel with encapsulated lead ballast.

Eventyr has been featured in numerous articles in Blue Water Sailing Magazine. She has recently been fitted with custom corian countertops, a stainless steel arch davit, a 22" flat screen TV, and is loaded with cruising amenities and spare parts. She also has a 15 gph Spectra water maker, solar and wind power, diesel generator, ICOM SSB/Pactor modem, all sails roller furling, even a well stocked liquor cabinet and full tank (90 gallons) of diesel fuel!

I am asking $224,900 for the boat with a 2005 Caribe 10' RIB with 2008 Yamaha 15 hp motor.
