Looking for a PSC 34 or 37 - now

Dear all,

I am looking for a good quality second hand PSC 34 or 37 to circumvent the globe solo. Ideally I'd pick her up on US East Coast - currently I live in England.

From all the obvious requirements related to sound hull, good maintenance etc. I am really keen to find one that is well equipped for long term cruising (i.e 40-50 days at sea without touching land). Larger water tanks, lots of electic power, inverter, solar panel, wind turbine, recent nav equipment etc. Basically all the right stuff. Also I don't want one that has been put together for 6 people. I want the space to be used to optimize a 1 person flat if you will with numerous storage for parts, sailes, etc.

If you have one that you know of or have, please get in touch!

I just finished several years of cruising in the Caribbean with a 1995 Pacific Seacraft 37. It is now for sale. Here is the link:Pacific Seacraft Boats for sale USA, Pacific Seacraft Used boat sales, Pacific Seacraft Sailing Yachts For Sale Day Cruising or Round the World - Apollo Duck

Hi, thanks for that info. I read your blog and you seem to have had a great adventure with a terrific boat. I wonder though - one comment in the blog left me thinking: you mention you'd get another boat for another purpuse, like crossing the atlantic... why would you not do it in the PSC37? That's what I thought was strange? Do you feel after sailing her for a while that maybe she is not as sturdy as say a Contessa 32, which is the absolute benchmark over here in the UK?
