Looking for decent quaility J24

Not ready to buy this second - want to find something in November when I get my bonus but I'm trying to look a little early.
I want to find my husband a used J-24, suitable for club level racing and ready to sail with a trailer for around 10k delivered to Florida. I've looked on yachtworld.com and have inquiries out on a few of those....

I also want recommendations of good boat inspection services since I know NOTHING about boats and want to surprise my husband who's been talking about getting one for as long as I've known him.

Sailing Texas, sailing lessons, sailboats for sale, sailboat rentals, charters, sailing videos had several recently. Prices varied.

We enjoyed sailing J/24s in a class this summer but want something else, like a Catalina 25.
