Hughes 26 - any experience

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with a Hughes 26? I have come across one for sale at a very reasonable price, and was wondering what to look out for. I have heard that sometimes the cabin roof may get soft, but other than that , what structural issues should I be checking out when I go to look at this boat? I am expecting it to be a wreck, the price for the boat, double axle trailer, and dinghy is less than $3000. I have rebuilt two boats over the past 3 years, and seem to now be faced with a winter with no boat to work on. My Shark is now almost finished, so I need a project. I do not even intend to sail this thing, just fix it up and resell it. Yes, I know I will not make any money on it, it is just a good hobby to keep me out of trouble over the winter.
