You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

There should be a serial number on the boat somewhere (typically on the transom). Its pretty much the same as a VIN for a car. I'm not sure when they first were required but I thought it was prior to the 70's but I could be wrong (doesn't happen much ) The first couple of letters are usually an abbreviation of the manufacturer. The Coast Guard may been the instigator in requiring the boat "VIN". If you could find it on your boat you probably could find a translation of it somewhere on the internet.

I don't know of an Annapolis 27, but there is a 26. Is this the same boat as yours?

Unfortunately, I think you need to lower your price dramatically. Here is a recent comparable boat for sale. Aside from the radar, it reads a lot like your boat. Radar on a boat like this is going to be overkill for the type of use it will likely see. You might try listing that separately as I doubt it adds much value for the person who might want your boat. This boat was originally listed for $5,500 and the price was later reduced to $4,500. That should give you a sense of where to start.
