Santa Barbara Sailors?

Greetings:

There is a boat for sale in Santa Barbara via a broker. I'm interested in learning more about this boat and would go see it if it weren't such a major transportation hassle (I live in the NE of Washington State.) I'd like to see if I could find someone who is savvy with sailboats to swing by and take a look, and possibly help me arrange a survey. It might be a real dog, or it might be basically okay, or it might be a gem. Who can tell these things from pictures?

It would be much appreciated, and certainly worth a dinner for two at a nice restaurant for your assistance!

Anyone out there that might be able to help me out?
