Looking for a cruising boat 27' to 30'

I am looking for a cruising sail boat, dependable inboard diesel engine, decent sails. I have been looking in particular at Catalina, Pearson, Hunter, and the like. Generally older, reliable, and affordable. Some of the items I would like are: auto pilot, roller furling, wheel steering, ample tankage, necessary instrumentation. I really do not need SSB, windlass, wind generator, or water heater. I have been with the larger boats while living aboard and cruising, now just something to keep in the Bahamas year round, no more long distance cruising. I would prefer finding something in the Florida area (ideally Central East Coast Florida), but will make consideration for other accessible areas.
