What's the probable condition of portlight (window) seals that have been exposed to several years of high-altitude UV? I think/hope the previous owner may have re-bedded ports at some point before putting the boat up on the hard about five years ago.

Any kind of "rubber" that has been sitting out in the sun for five years with no care?

Due for replacement, according to the folks at Goodyear, Gates, Firestone...all those folks who know the engineering and gladly sell you replacements for all kinds of rubber parts.

Batten the hatches and break out the firehose, maybe you'll be lucky.
