1985 Com Pac 19

I found a com pac 19 for $6900. It's a 1985 and in good condition. Is this a good price? Anyone have advice on how much this type of boat is worth?

I just bought an '87 19/2 for $4250. Pretty basic version, mostly needs cleaning. No roller, original sails and rudder, well maintained trailer. Just missed a 23 for $4500 in very nice shape.

$6900 seems high unless it's well equipped and in very nice shape. New sails, roller and Ida rudder can easily add $2000+ to the value (or cost).
