Over five grand for a rudder, another $15-20k for an engine and tranny, then whatever wood rotted out plus a complete new electrical system and the boat probably needs $25 immediately forgetting anything else that is missing. What's a used Irwin52 worth in Bristol condition?

And if it has been on the market for a whole year--the seller is delusional as well. Sometimes, you know how the movie will end without even watching it.

I agree, I see a lot of ads where the boat looks fairly good, but open the companion way and wow the reality sinks in in the first breath! so it can be good to see bad boat's ads.
