Seattle Surveyors? Anacortes? Bellingham?

Hi There,

I'm about to make an offer and BEFORE I do, I'd love to have some Surveyor recommendations already lined up. I know the broker will have some suggestions, but I always feel a little conflicted given the source.

Ideally it'd be someone with bluewater boat experience/knowledge. Also, I'd prefer someone who actually did all the review that their report mentions (ie. I hate when the surveys says "...did not test, but was reported as fully functional." I want them to go over EVERYTHING.
