Does anyone have information or experience with Offshore 40s built by Nautical Development built in the mid ''80s?

Do you know if there is a weakness on the mast step of those boats. Talk about storage capacity, is that boat desing fast compare to modern desing , is that boat stiff or tender, what do you think about galley use what are the principals defect or bads points to this boat
